We work with various partners from the public and private sector to achieve common goals and promote sustainable energy and climate action.

Some of our recent partnership projects are:

#gomicroRenewables

The promotion of decentralized, small-scale renewable energy systems is crucial in pushing forward a just transition in the Philippine power sector dominated by coal and fossil fuel industries. Since our inception, we have been working with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) Philippines in promoting microRenewables as a people-centered response to the climate crisis and dirty energy.

Joint activities with FES include capacity-building of public officials, community leaders and young advocates, research and policy advocacy.

#TS OdetteGreenRecovery

A collaboration initiative between CREST and various organizations such as Ecowaste Coalition, Philippine Earth Justice Center, Inc., ANCE Incorporated, Plastic Free Bohol and Kabiling Lunhaw. Our joint post-disaster response includes livelihood recovery support, deployment of solar PV microgrids and rainwater catchment systems, and community legal aid.

#EndToxicLighting

CREST works with the Clean Lighting Coalition (CLiC) and Climate Action Network Southeast Asia (CANSEA) in calling for the immediate elimination of the production and sale of fluorescent and other mercury-containing lighting devices at the COP4.2 of the Minamanata Convention on March 2022 in Bali, Indonesia.
